Website measurement and Google remarketing

Updated October 28, 2026. Google Ads measurement and remarketing (AW-1018950490) are not active on this website. We are preparing the following policy for separately approved activation. Using the website does not constitute consent to optional tracking.

Our proposed advertising use

We plan to measure inquiries, confirmed bookings and new memberships and to advertise to eligible visitors who have not joined. Third-party vendors, including Google, may show Fighting Fit ads on websites and apps across the Internet. They may use cookies and device identifiers to serve ads based on previous visits to our website. Eligible Texas visitors without an opt-out would receive optional measurement and website remarketing by default, without a general Accept/Decline popup. Optional tracking stays off in unassessed locations, places requiring prior consent, and when location is unknown or unreliable. This policy does not assume that location from an IP address establishes residency.

The eligible Texas setup would permit advertising personalization and would not apply restricted data processing globally. For opt-outs or other restrictions we block optional tracking; if a loaded tag needs to be withdrawn, it is restricted and the page reloaded. Restrictions do not replace required consent. Your advertising choices

Use Privacy Choices anytime to opt out of this website’s optional measurement and remarketing. Our advertising controls honor Global Privacy Control and voluntarily honor Do Not Track. Forms, location and attribution

GoHighLevel / LeadConnector provides our inquiry and booking tools and receives the information you enter. Ordinary inquiries remain available when optional tracking is off. We plan to use only coarse country and state information supplied by the hosting platform, without storing precise location or inferring it from browser language or timezone. Location support through our hosting path remains to be verified.

When permitted, our website helper retains original and latest campaign details within the browser tab for up to 30 days and passes eligible UTMs and Google click identifiers (GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID) to the inquiry process. On an opt-out it clears the helper’s saved campaign data and stops forwarding it. During the initial launch, Google advertising remains off, and our inquiry integration passes an advertising-exclusion record instead of campaign tags or Google click identifiers. GHL has independent cookie, contact-autofill and activity-recording behavior. It may remember previously entered contact details and associate page visits with a submitted inquiry. Our website choice does not establish that every provider-side cookie or activity record is disabled. Advertising activation and provider-side privacy behavior require separate review. Memberships and exclusions

A form submission does not mean someone joined. A confirmed membership requires a Won GHL opportunity and the member tag. We plan to count each new member once for manual conversion reporting and exclude confirmed members from remarketing using separately configured Google Ads exclusions. Matching may be incomplete across browsers, devices and blocked identifiers, so exclusion cannot be guaranteed. No contact list has been uploaded, no member-upload process is active and no conversion events have been added.

This initial implementation does not automatically read names, emails, phone numbers or addresses for advertising, and does not enable enhanced conversions. Ordinary information you voluntarily enter into an inquiry form still goes to GHL. Google account-level automatic collection and GHL privacy exclusions must be verified before activation. Health information, training notes and payment-card details are not intended for advertising uploads.
