Private & Semi-Private Kickboxing Lessons in Austin
Fighting Fit Elite combines weekly 45-minute hands-on coaching, a clearly mapped Muay Thai Kickboxing curriculum, and a carefully matched team of no more than four students. You’ll keep the group-class access included with your underlying membership, giving you the guidance, practice, and accountability to keep moving forward.
Complete beginners are welcome.Fighting Fit Elite
Some students need complete scheduling freedom and a curriculum designed entirely around their individual goals. Others thrive with a recurring appointment and a small team progressing alongside them.
Fighting Fit offers both. You can work one-on-one through a private lesson package or join Fighting Fit Elite for weekly semi-private coaching.
For most students, Elite offers the strongest combination of personal attention, consistency, training partners, and long-term value.A complete training rhythm
Your Personal Coaching lesson and group classes are designed to work together.
Receive hands-on instruction, detailed corrections, and a clear focus from your coach.
Build repetitions, improve your cardio, and work with different partners in group classes.
Return with new questions, refine what you practiced, and begin the next stage of your curriculum.
The semi-private advantage
Your semi-private lesson is limited to four students. It will never be more than you and three teammates.
That gives your coach time to observe you, provide individual corrections, and adapt the lesson to what you need. It also gives you partners at a similar level who are learning, experimenting, and working through the same challenges.
Practicing with peers makes training more dynamic and enjoyable. Their reactions are less predictable than an instructor’s, giving you opportunities to develop the timing, adaptability, and confidence needed to apply what you are learning.
You are not simply sharing the cost of a lesson. You are gaining a coach who guides your development and a team that grows alongside you.Accelerated Kickboxing Program
Accelerated does not mean rushed. It means spending less time wondering what to practice, whether you’re doing it correctly, or what you should learn next.
Your coach starts with your current ability, helps you correct problems before they become habits, and guides you through a clearly mapped Muay Thai Kickboxing curriculum. You still progress at your own pace, but you receive the direction and feedback needed to make every week of training count.
This is not about racing through techniques. It is about learning with greater clarity, practicing with purpose, and building each new skill on a stronger foundation.Begin with confidence
You do not need previous kickboxing experience to join Fighting Fit Elite. In fact, the program can be especially valuable when you are beginning because you receive hands-on guidance while the fundamentals are still new.
Your coach will help you understand the movements, correct problems before they become habits, and establish a strong foundation from the beginning. Your curriculum starts with what you can do today and develops as your skill, fitness, and confidence improve.
You will not be expected to keep pace with someone who has trained for years. Your team is carefully matched so you can learn alongside people at a compatible stage of development.A reason to keep showing up
Your training has a consistent place on the calendar instead of being pushed aside when life gets busy.
Your coach knows what you are developing and notices when you are not there.
Your presence contributes to the training experience of the people learning alongside you.
A mapped curriculum shows what you have learned, what you are developing, and what comes next.

Private Kickboxing Lessons in Austin
Private lessons are a strong option for students with unpredictable schedules, highly specific goals, an inability to attend our regular group classes, or a preference for training individually with a coach.
Your coach will develop a personalized curriculum based on your experience, interests, and goals. You can schedule each lesson around your changing availability rather than committing to the same weekly appointment.
A team-taught system
Fighting Fit Personal Coaching is built around a shared Muay Thai Kickboxing curriculum, not the availability or teaching style of only one instructor.
Coach Forrest developed the program by bringing together principles and techniques from Muay Thai, Dutch Kickboxing, Western Boxing, Savate, Jeet Kune Do, and other proven striking systems. Fighting Fit coaches now use that curriculum to guide private students and Elite teams through a clear path of development.
Each coach brings their own experience, perspective, and strengths while following the same underlying standards for instruction, progression, and safety.

Clear answers about Elite teams, private lessons, scheduling, and cost.
Absolutely. Elite can be especially valuable when you are beginning because your coach can give you hands-on guidance while every movement is still new. Your curriculum begins at your current level, and your team is matched with training compatibility in mind. You will receive individual corrections, clear explanations, and time to build a strong foundation before more complex skills are introduced. No previous kickboxing or martial arts experience is required.
No more than four. Your lesson will include you and up to three carefully matched teammates, giving you useful training partners while allowing your coach to provide meaningful individual attention. Depending on team enrollment and attendance, some lessons may have fewer than four students.
We consider your current experience, goals, personality, training compatibility, and weekly availability when building your team. The goal is to place you with partners who are at a similar stage of development, work well together, and can commit to the same recurring lesson time.
We’ll review your availability together and identify the days and times that work best for your schedule. From there, we’ll look for a compatible coach and teammates who share one of those available times. Once your team agrees on a time, that becomes your recurring weekly appointment.
You are welcome to tell us if there is a particular coach you would like to work with. We’ll consider your preference along with the coach’s availability, your goals, and whether they are the right fit for the type of training you want. While we cannot guarantee a specific coach, we’ll do our best to create a coaching arrangement that works well for you.
If you let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled lesson, we’ll work with you to arrange a makeup lesson. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the lesson being forfeited. Giving us advance notice also helps your coach and teammates plan appropriately.

Yes. One-off private lessons are available if you want focused help with a specific technique, problem, or training goal. If you are looking for broader development over time, a package of 10 lessons allows your coach to create a more complete curriculum and build from one session to the next.
We recommend Fighting Fit Elite for most students. It provides weekly hands-on coaching, a structured Muay Thai Kickboxing curriculum, consistent training partners, built-in accountability, and group-class access through your underlying membership for only $30 per week in addition to your membership. Private lessons may be a better fit if you need complete scheduling flexibility, want the coach’s full attention, have highly specific goals, or are unable to attend our regular group classes. If you are unsure, we’ll give you an honest recommendation.
